Hey, I’m Marie!

I’m a chef who moved to Saba in 2006 after coming here as a scuba diving instructor. I fell in love with the island and never left! Over the years, I’ve gotten into weaving, thanks to Sea and Learn/ Create and Learn, and I also make unique jewelry using seeds I find around Saba. Each piece is special, just like the island itself.

 

I love sharing what I know, whether it’s cooking, weaving, or making jewelry. If you’re interested in learning, I’d be happy to teach you! Let’s create something cool together.

Marie's workshops will take place on two different weekends.

Workshop 1: Saturday, November 8 from 2-4 pm
                        Sunday, November 9 from 2-4 pm

Workshop 2: Friday, November 14 from 2-4 pm
                        Saturday, November 15 from 9-11 am
